Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and deliver employee training and development programs.
  • Manage employee benefits administration and respond to related inquiries.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR practices.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
