Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and local labor laws.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll, providing timely and accurate responses.
Support performance management activities, including tracking probation periods, performance reviews, and training needs.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare related reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations within the workplace.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of proven experience in a human resources role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a home-based (remote) arrangement.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
