Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day human resources operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, disciplinary actions, and confidential files.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits enrollment as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a human resources generalist or similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
