Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer day-to-day human resources operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation.

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating new hire orientation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage HR documentation, including contracts, disciplinary actions, and confidential files.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits enrollment as needed.
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in a human resources generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
