Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor law.
  • Handle employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and support managers with performance-related matters.
  • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and workplace concerns.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions in coordination with department heads.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data and updates.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal regulations.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights, not just data.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices, labor law updates, and market trends, and apply them proactively.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 3 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, HR policies, and employment regulations.
  • Solid experience managing the full recruitment cycle across different roles and seniority levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
  • Experience with performance management systems, evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in fast-paced or agency environments is a plus.
