Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor law.
- Handle employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and support managers with performance-related matters.
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and workplace concerns.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions in coordination with department heads.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data and updates.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal regulations.
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights, not just data.
- Stay updated with HR best practices, labor law updates, and market trends, and apply them proactively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 3 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, HR policies, and employment regulations.
- Solid experience managing the full recruitment cycle across different roles and seniority levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
- Experience with performance management systems, evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Experience in fast-paced or agency environments is a plus.
