Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational objectives.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning strategies.
Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Promote a positive workplace culture that reflects the company s values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources generalist or similar HR role.
Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
