Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Follow up the employees Attendance And Total Manpower Reports
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate employee relations activities, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues promptly.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations across all HR functions.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement and wellness programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
