Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Follow up the employees Attendance And Total Manpower Reports
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee relations activities, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues promptly.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations across all HR functions.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement and wellness programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
