Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Support recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, databases, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee orientation and training sessions to ensure smooth integration and development.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll in a timely and professional manner.
- Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and annual appraisals.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations in all HR practices.
- Collaborate with management to identify and resolve workplace issues and support a positive work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
