Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding.
- Performance Management: Implement and maintain performance systems, including goal setting, quarterly reviews, and annual evaluations.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver internal and external development programs, and create individual growth plans.
- Employee Relations & HR Operations: Oversee HR policies, handle employee inquiries, complaints, contracts, terminations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support payroll, insurance management, and design competitive compensation and benefits structures in collaboration with finance.
- Culture & Engagement: Promote company values, organize engagement initiatives, satisfaction surveys, and internal events.
- HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR systems, generate reports, coordinate with legal and regulatory authorities, and act as a strategic business partner for executives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3 5 years of experience in HR or related roles; internships or part-time HR exposure are a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Professional, proactive, adaptable, and a team player with strong ethical standards.
- Legal & Compliance Awareness: Basic knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
