Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative management of personnel

  • Create, update and archive personnel files.
  • Drafting employment contracts and renewals (Trial periods).
  • Prepare the certificates (work, salary, attendance, leave).
  • Update the mandatory tracking information.
  • Track changes in position, salary, status, etc.

Management of working time and absences

  • Follow the timesheets/schedules.
  • Record absences, lateness, paid leave and exceptional circumstances.
  • Prepare the summary statements for payroll.

Discipline and conform internally

  • Drafting warnings and disciplinary summonses.
  • Ensure compliance with the internal regulations.
  • Follow up on sanctions and disciplinary measures.
  • Apply internal HR procedures.

Payroll tracking

  • Collect the variable elements (overtime, bonuses, absences).
  • Check or prepare the payslips.
  • Follow the salary scales and internal updates.

Internal communication & employee support

  • Drafting memos, internal communications.
  • Responding to administrative requests from employees.
  • Facilitate the flow of information between management and staff.

Archiving and reporting

  • Classify and organize HR documents (physical and digital).
  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards (staff numbers, movements, absences).
  • Ensure the confidentiality of staff information.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or any other equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 or 5 years of experience (construction or building sector will be an asset).
  • Understanding Labor Law.
  • To know the jobs, positions, and skills of the company.
  • Ability to use computer systems such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PC Payroll.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team spirit
  • Knowing how to collect, synthesize and transmit information.
  • Mastery of French and English is essential.
  • Knowing how to take initiative.
  • Sense of Priorities.
  • Adaptability and Concentration.
