Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and organizational development

Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills

Ability to work with senior management and stakeholders

Ability to manage sensitive dynamics environment and ensure professional decision-making

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven HR mindset

Ability to develop compensation, grading, and incentive structures aligned with corporate standards

Experience implementing HR systems (HRIS, performance management, payroll, talent management)

Demonstrated experience in change management and cultural transformation

Solid understanding of corporate governance, succession planning, and separation of ownership vs. management
