Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
The candidate should have minimum degree in Graduation or Post graduation in Management /Human resource Management.

Maintaining the HR database including leave records, attendance register, and all the personnel files New Employee joining KT sessions Understand Requirements;

Execute Process of Recruitment and closing positions within the required timeline Monitor performance, design & built appraisal system, Implement Exit and Termination Policy Hardworking, commitment, flexible and able to work under pressure to meet the specific target
