Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
- Lead the network implementation team to manage client projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with project management, sales, and presales teams to deliver solutions, conduct POCs, and provide technical consultancy.
- Maintain documentation, configurations, and backups while handling escalations. - Foster team collaboration, mentor members, and ensure skill alignment. - Support customer success through clear communication, guidance, and training, while continuously developing technical expertise and certifications
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting network solutions (LAN/WAN, switching, routing, wireless).
- Solid knowledge of security infrastructure and solutions (firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security).
- Proficiency in technical planning, project execution, and troubleshooting during implementations.
- Experience with project documentation, reporting, and quality assurance processes.

- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex IT projects.
