Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a skilled Indian Chinese Cook to work in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian-Chinese dishes while maintaining quality, taste, and hygiene standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian-Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, starters, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
  • Handle wok cooking and high-flame kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Follow standard recipes and preparation methods.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
  • Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
  • Work efficiently during peak hours and rush periods.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Hotel Management (preferred)
  • Experience: 2+ years as an Indian Chinese Cook
  • Gulf experience preferred (not mandatory)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Indian-Chinese cuisine .
  • Expertise in wok cooking techniques.
  • Knowledge of sauces, seasoning, and food presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
