Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Coordination: • Manage and coordinate international sales activities, from lead generation to order fulfillment. • Communicate with global clients, distributors, and partners to ensure smooth sales operations. • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documentation. • Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. • Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Social Media & Brand Management: • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and generate leads. • Manage company profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. • Create engaging content highlighting products, services, and industry updates. • Monitor digital campaigns and analyse engagement metrics to optimize performance. • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all digital channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience in international sales coordination (preferably in the tech or trading industry). • Strong understanding of IT products, systems, and solutions. • Hands-on experience with social media management tools and digital marketing campaigns. • Excellent communication and client handling skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
