Client of Expert Skilled Human Resource Consulting

Responsibilities:

• Full management of trademark registrations worldwide.
• Monitoring application statuses, ensuring timely communication with trademark offices and external advisors.
• Coordinating work with local IP consultants, including requests, responses, timelines, and documentation.
• Conducting legal risk assessments and providing recommendations on trademark registration and protection strategies.
• Preparing and filing documents, maintaining the companys trademark portfolio and internal IP records.
• Monitoring potential infringements, tracking conflicts, and preparing initial responses/oppositions.
• Providing legal support to marketing and product teams regarding brand usage, potential conflicts, and proper rights clearance.
• Developing or improving internal procedures related to IP management and ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Law.
• At least 2 years of experience in intellectual property (experience in a law firm is a strong advantage).
• Hands-on experience with trademark registrations and collaboration with foreign IP advisors.
• Solid understanding of international procedures (Madrid System, national filings, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple simultaneous processes.
• Ability to independently build and maintain an effective trademark management system.
• English proficiency sufficient for professional communication with foreign consultants and authorities.
