Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview - Remote opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven and ownership-oriented IT Recruitment Lead (Female) to manage end-to-end IT hiring across UAE, KSA, other GCC countries, and India. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, revenue-focused, and closure-driven, with strong leadership capabilities to manage team performance, resolve challenges, and ensure successful delivery under pressure.

This role requires hands-on recruitment expertise combined with strategic thinking and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Ownership & Delivery

  • Take full ownership of client IT requirements from intake to successful closure.

  • Understand technical job specifications and convert them into actionable sourcing strategies.

  • Ensure quality profiles are submitted within agreed SLAs.

  • Drive fast turnaround and high closure ratios.

2. Client Management (GCC & India)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients across UAE, KSA, and other GCC regions.

  • Conduct requirement qualification calls and align hiring expectations.

  • Provide market intelligence (salary trends, availability, skill demand).

  • Manage escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.

3. Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead, guide, and mentor recruitment team members.

  • Conduct daily review meetings and pipeline tracking.

  • Address team challenges and resolve operational bottlenecks.

  • Train recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and negotiation skills.

  • Build a high-performance, accountability-driven team culture.

4. Hands-On Recruitment

  • Source, screen, interview, and negotiate candidates for all roles.

  • Build strong talent pipelines for GCC and India markets.

  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, networking, and database strategies.

5. Revenue & Closure Focus

  • Drive revenue targets through successful closures.

  • Improve fill ratio and conversion metrics.

  • Monitor team performance KPIs including:

  • Submission-to-interview ratio

  • Interview-to-offer ratio

  • Offer-to-joining ratio

  • Monthly billing targets

  • Ensure consistent billing and profitability.

6. Pressure Handling & Problem Solving

  • Manage multiple high-priority requirements simultaneously.

  • Work under aggressive deadlines and hiring volumes.

  • Handle offer dropouts, counter-offers, and last-minute challenges effectively.

  • Maintain performance during peak hiring cycles.


Desired Candidate Profile

Required Experience

  • 6–10+ years of IT recruitment experience.

  • Minimum 2–3 years in a team lead or managerial role.

  • Strong hiring experience across:

  • UAE

  • KSA

  • Other GCC countries

  • India IT market

  • Proven track record of revenue generation and successful closures.

  • Experience working with IT services, system integrators, product companies, or consulting firms.
