Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute the regional GTM strategy that you contribute to forming, aligned to the company’s service and product portfolio (digital ecosystems, integration, marketplace platforms, managed API services, etc.).
•Build and manage your own sales funnel to deliver USD 3M+ annual top-line billed revenues with >25% margin. Quarterly targets, lag and lead measures for purchase orders will be agreed upon metric. .
•Own and expand strategic accounts; convert pilots into programs.
•Orchestrate pursuit teams with the extended resource structure and CEO you will own (solutioning, pre-sales, delivery) for high-value RFPs and PoCs.
•You will own the RFP content and submission deadlines and participate in go –NoGo decisions from the start
•Collaborate with Delivery for margin control and customer success.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Profile
•6-12 years in IT services / digital transformation sales, with at least 5 years in UAE
•Fluency in Arabic is a must
•Proven record of closing service deals > 150 K USD
•Established connects with government and mid/large enterprises.
•Solution selling, pipeline forecasting, commercial negotiation, CXO engagement.
•Based in Dubai region
