Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.

  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing wastage to maintain profitability.

  • Implement and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, adhering to local regulations and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is required.

  • Possess at least 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management within a leading restaurant chain.

  • Prior experience in the UAE market is highly preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of local customer preferences.

  • Candidates with a valid UAE residency and the ability to transfer sponsorship are preferred.
