Job Description

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing key relationships with our valued clients. You'll be responsible for understanding client needs and ensuring that our services meet their expectations. This role demands a proactive approach to client management, including regular communication, performance analysis, and targeted recommendations to foster long-term partnerships. The Junior Key Account Manager is expected to collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery that aligns with business goals. Success in this role is defined by achieving client satisfaction, retaining client accounts, and identifying potential opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for fostering client relationships within a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain long-term relationships with assigned key accounts effectively.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to improve service offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue.
  • Prepare and present detailed account reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor account performance metrics to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and competitive landscape.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing or account management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for efficient operations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
