Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with key accounts, ensuring that client satisfaction leads to repeat business.
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with both client objectives and company goals to maximize revenue.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and ensure competitive advantage.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of key accounts.
Generate leads and convert it onto sales for the events and exhibition industry
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making.
