Roles & Responsibilities

WHAT YOU LL DO AS A KAM? This person will play a pivotal role in developing Axis's success within this geographical area. As a Key Account Manager It will be your responsibility to develop major partners, build long term business plans embraced by great relationships. Therefore, you will be monitoring current and potential high revenue partnersprecisely with great patience, creating and winning projects that encourages our pipeline of opportunities and develops our success in this area. You will be a part of a sales team where the majority is based at the office in Dubai, but also spread across the Middle East. Key responsibilities include: Work in close connection with Installers, system integrators, technical partners, consultants, engineers and distributors in order to develop the project pipeline and increase the revenue on top of extending the Axis marketshare in this geographical area Act as a pivotal professional at the very center of the partners ecosystem, influencing and educating them around the different joint value propositions and leveraging these relationships to engage more with the end-customers Make sure that the partners are well trained about Axis solutions and that they take part to the training activities Axis organises Contribute building, together with the other functions and the management, strategies and tactics to influence and drive the market and achieve sales targets Build the forecast and achieve the sales target defined for the territory To travel in the UAE and internationally is required.

Desired Candidate Profile

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? This person has a strong proven track record in sales with a strong business acumen, as well as a big interest or knowledge in technology. Besides this, we are looking for a well-established person that loves to build relationships and is inspired by success with value-based sales and partnership. We believe you have an ability to closely monitor the market, show patience and understand complex situations. We d love to hear from you if you have/are:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivelent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Physcial Security, Video Surveillance industry of solution selling in IT and/or other technological market
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quarterly revenue expectations
  • Experience of major deal management
  • Well-experienced from a similar role in indirect sales model
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • High integrity and self awareness
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Arabic is an advantage
