Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service flow and efficient food preparation to meet service standards.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting skill development to enhance team performance.
  • Manage food inventory and ordering, minimizing waste and controlling costs through accurate forecasting and efficient stock management.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, conducting regular checks and implementing corrective actions to uphold health regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a culinary degree or certificate is preferred.

  • Demonstrates at least 4 years of experience in a kitchen environment, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Holds a valid Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent certification, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

  • Exhibits strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment operation, and food safety protocols.
