Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft legal memoranda to defend the organization s rights in legal and judicial matters.
  • Maintain and archive legal files and documents.
  • Collect necessary information, evidence, and documents from relevant departments.
  • Organize court session schedules and expert appointments.
  • Prepare for expert sessions and liaise with involved parties.
  • Prepare periodic legal reports and statistics.
  • Conduct legal research on regulations, cases, and legal frameworks.
  • Provide legal support to department staff on various legal issues.
  • Assist in the operations of the Tax Grievances Section, Legal Cases Section, or Legal Advisory Section.
  • Perform any other duties related to the Legal Affairs Department as assigned.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and legal research skills.
  • Familiarity with legal systems, documents, and electronic filing.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in legal research or legal administrative support (preferred).
