Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Draft legal memoranda to defend the organization s rights in legal and judicial matters.
- Maintain and archive legal files and documents.
- Collect necessary information, evidence, and documents from relevant departments.
- Organize court session schedules and expert appointments.
- Prepare for expert sessions and liaise with involved parties.
- Prepare periodic legal reports and statistics.
- Conduct legal research on regulations, cases, and legal frameworks.
- Provide legal support to department staff on various legal issues.
- Assist in the operations of the Tax Grievances Section, Legal Cases Section, or Legal Advisory Section.
- Perform any other duties related to the Legal Affairs Department as assigned.
Skills
- Strong analytical and legal research skills.
- Familiarity with legal systems, documents, and electronic filing.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in legal research or legal administrative support (preferred).
