Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Manager – Global Partnership will play a key role in expanding and strengthening the Global Partnership Network, which connects multidisciplinary professionals, firms, and organizations across the world. This role focuses on identifying new member firms, building global alliances, and fostering meaningful collaborations to enhance the network’s presence as a leading international collaboration platform. The position requires strategic relationship-building, partnership development, and continuous engagement to grow the membership base and global visibility.

Global Partnership Development

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new professional firms and institutions into the Global Partnership Network (Accounting, Legal, Advisory, Tax, Immigration, and Corporate Services sectors).
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that enable cross-border collaboration and business growth.
  • Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, ensuring clear deliverables and mutual value creation.
  • Drive annual membership growth targets and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential partners.

Relationship & Member Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison between the network headquarters and member firms worldwide.
  • Ensure regular engagement through newsletters, webinars, meetings, and global networking events.
  • Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with existing members to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Support members with introductions, collaborations, and visibility across the network.

Strategic Initiatives & Global Events

  • Lead the coordination and participation in international business forums, partner conferences, and regional networking events.
  • Develop and implement global initiatives such as knowledge-sharing sessions, training programs, and cross-border collaboration projects.
  • Represent the network at international events and exhibitions to promote membership and strategic alliances.

Brand & Communication

  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications function to promote network activities, success stories, and global reach.
  • Develop partnership materials such as presentations, membership proposals, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and message alignment across all regions.

Reporting & Performance

  • Maintain an updated CRM/Partnership Database with active, prospective, and inactive members.
  • Monitor partnership KPIs including membership growth, engagement levels, and referral conversions.
  • Prepare quarterly reports for leadership summarizing progress, achievements, and improvement areas.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • New partners or member firms onboarded per quarter.
  • Member retention and renewal rate.
  • Engagement metrics (participation in forums, webinars, and collaborations).
  • Number of cross-referrals or partnerships generated through the network.
  • Visibility and presence in international forums/events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or related

field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in international partnership development, membership management, or network

coordination roles.

  • Strong understanding of global business ecosystems, professional services, and cross-border

collaboration.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • CRM proficiency and strong relationship management abilities.
  • Global outlook with multicultural adaptability.
