Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as an HR Business Partner for international business operations across UAE and other regions.
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Lead talent acquisition for business, operations, and support functions across international markets.
Partner with business leaders for workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws and labour regulations; exposure to Africa region compliance will be an advantage.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and retention initiatives.
Drive annual appraisal cycles, compensation benchmarking, and benefits coordination.
Manage HR documentation, audits, HRMS records, and policy implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
Lead and manage the HR team while driving process standardization and operational efficiency across regions.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and consultants for hiring and HR operations support.
Desired Candidate Profile
4+ years of HR experience in Dubai/UAE is mandatory.
Strong understanding of UAE employment and labour laws is essential.
Prior experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
Team handling/people management experience is mandatory.
Exposure to handling HR operations across multiple international geographies preferred.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance.
Exposure to Africa regions (Nigeria/South Africa) will be an added advantage.
Arabic language proficiency will be considered a plus.
Candidates currently based in UAE preferred.
