Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives that drive business results.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop data-driven solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
Candidate must be from UAE, having strong knowledge on UAE labor law
Preferably from Retail industry
Stakeholder management – The candidate will closely work with CEO, CHRO, Senior management and Board of Directors.
