Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B partnerships with agents, corporates & DMCs.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present business performance reports and sales forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in travel or tourism.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong market understanding and result-oriented mindset.
