Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

CEO Office Support & Action Management

  • Attend meetings with the CEO, document discussions, and track action items through completion.

  • Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams to ensure timely progress updates and issue resolution.

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive briefs summarizing business performance and key issues.

  • Conduct initial analyses (financial, operational, or technical) to support CEO decision-making.

  • Lead special projects including due diligence, document review, and commercial assessments.

  • Anticipate CEO requirements by proactively gathering relevant data, insights, and reports.

  • Monitor company scorecard metrics and identify opportunities to meet or exceed business targets.

Stakeholder Management

  • Represent the CEO in meetings with government entities, VIP clients, investors, and consultants.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholder inquiries, ensuring alignment with the CEO s priorities.

  • Prepare briefing notes and follow-up reports for high-level stakeholder meetings.

Communication & Coordination

  • Ensure timely communication of CEO directives across departments.

  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Development teams to consolidate updates.

  • Maintain a secure and organized filing system for the CEO Office.

  • Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

p>Bachelor s degree in b>Finance, Business, Engineering/b>, or related field (Master s preferred)./p> p>Minimum b>6+ years of experience/b> in business management, consulting, finance, or stakeholder management./p> p>Experience in b>real estate or a related industry in Dubai/b> preferred./p> p>Proven exposure to b>executive-level reporting and relationship management/b>./p> p>Strong financial or technical acumen to support strategic discussions./p> p>Excellent report writing, presentation, and analytical skills./p> p>Fluent in b>English and Arabic/b> (written and spoken)./p> p>Proficiency in b>MS Office/b> (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)./p> p>Exceptional organizational and project management skills./p> p>High attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality./p> p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills./p> p>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment./p>
