Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Keep Marina facilities and ground areas cleaned and maintained in accordance with the given task checklist(s)
Keep marina pedestals and fire cabinets cleaned and in proper working order
Monitor the boats moored in the marina to ensure their security
Accountable for collecting berthing fee of any private boat/yacht visiting the island
Answer the telephone promptly and politely provide information as the need arises
To assist other associates in daily maintenance and operations a required
Assist in security of overall facilities
Must embody a strong customer service focus and public relations image toward the general public; to welcome boaters and be capable of providing information regarding points of interest, activities and promotions within the island
Perform any other related duties as may be required or assigned by your supervisor
