Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of compelling marketing presentations for clients
• Translate olfactive creations into creative and visually engaging assets that illustrate fragrance concepts
• Manage operational tasks including but not limited to printing, preparing fragrance labels, coordinating logistics, and preparing event setup
• Coordinate regional content sharing with the global Communications team by capturing and submitting content for social media and internal channels
• Support the team in organizing key events, including but not limited to Beautyworld Middle East and Saudi Arabia, regional Sensoriums, and launch events
• Conduct market visits and purchase products to support the marketing and fragrance development teams
• Gather market insights, monitor trends, and track new product launches to stay on top of trends and market activity
• Prepare and share regular reports summarizing your findings
