Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring they are informed about the latest product information, clinical data, and industry trends. The Medical Representative will also manage territory accounts, achieve sales targets, and provide excellent customer service to support the growth of the company's market share and enhance patient outcomes.


Education & Years of Experience

Bachelor Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or any related healthcare field

Minimum of two years experience in the designated area


Languages

Effective communication skills in Arabic, English and French is a plus

Computer Knowledge

Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Power point )

Competencies and skills

Must be extremely detail oriented, and demonstrate performance with efficient time and territory management

Initiative taker, motivated and committed, target oriented and hard worker

Proven sales capabilities including the development of strategy

Has a proper understanding of the sales process and dynamics

Has to be presentable, assertive, and confident

Committed to excellent customer service

Excellent selling and negotiation skills

Duties & responsibilities

Promote company s pharmaceutical products in accordance with the line strategy by visiting doctors and pharmacies

Prepare monthly work schedule, routing, and sales call

Identifies new opportunities and establish relations with health care professionals

Abide the launching process of new items and follow up the established ones.

Present the company s brands portfolio with accuracy and eloquence to healthcare professionals

Conduct regular surveys and inquiries to meet customer s needs and for better market studies


Researching competitor s products and their respective market performances

Meet or exceed monthly and annual target set by the sales manager while coordinating with the sales team
