Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, employee performance, and overall business efficiency.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical, administrative, and operational roles
- Track effectiveness of OD initiatives and recommend continuous improvements
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using different recruitment channels
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
- Ensure timely and high-quality hiring aligned with business requirement
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition / OD
- Proven experience working with manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong background in hiring White Collar & Blue Collar positions across different levels
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals
-Certified or trained in CBI (Competency-Based Interviewing)
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and selection skills/p>
