Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate should have the following requirements:-
Greeting and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
Answer phone calls and route them appropriately.
Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Clean the pantry area, including countertops, microwaves, fridges, and coffee machines.
Monitor kitchen supplies and report when refreshments (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) need restocking.
Prepare & serve tea, coffee and water to staff and visitors/clients & then clean the utensils thereafter.
Set up, clean, and organize meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Assist with inventory checks for cleaning materials and office supplies.
Receive and verify deliveries from vendors.
Maintain / update databases and records related to attendance of employees and visitor records.
Assist with administrative and clerical work like photocopying, scanning, filing & other tasks from time to time.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required
Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate HR-related administrative tasks
Strong / excellent interpersonal, communication skills in English and organization skills.
Managing daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arranging new meetings and appointments of the management & preparing minutes of meeting
Checking emails and giving / draft reply appropriately
Should have basic accounting knowledge
Manage / maintain Commercial Invoices / daily accounts / Petty Cash and other documents
Coordinate travel, visas, transport, itineraries, accommodation etc.
Excellent in MS Office packages is a must - Excel with Pivot & V loop a must / Word / Power Point / Photoshop / email etc
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Multitasking, hardworking, energetic, positive, resourceful, self-starter
Desired Candidate Profile
CV with recent photo must
Job Type : Full time / permanent
Salary : AED 3,000/per month (All inclusive)
Visa : Employment visa shall be provided once confirmed.
