Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate required as Office Administrator / customer care representative for trading and manufacturing company in Ras Al Khaimah . The job functions involve liasioning with customers and suppliers and need high degree of attention and understanding. Should be Able to work with international suppliers with ease. Involves lot of computer work hence efficiency in computer skills is must. Knowledge of shipping terms is added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application, Knowledge of TALLY ERP 9 will be added advantage.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently

  • Effective communication skills to communicate with our suppliers and customers by email with proper speed and proper email writing

  • Organizational skills to maintain records for ongoing orders

  • Expert knowledge of documentation processes for import and export.

  • Should be able to keep proper records for ongoing orders and follow accordingly.
