Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
  • Manage the daily office supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate departments.
  • Support administrative staff with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including kitchens and break rooms, to create a welcoming environment.
  • Prepare and serve beverages to staff and visitors, maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available prior to meetings.
  • Assisting in the preparation of tea/coffee for staff and visitors.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies.
  • Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and arranging equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good looking and Smart.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in an office environment preferred, ideally 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite and email applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster a friendly and approachable atmosphere.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
