Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure the office premises are clean and tidy.
Monitor and manage office supplies, ordering them as needed.
Maintain the functionality of office equipment.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
Restroom cleaning
Keeping inventory of cleaning supplies
Restock bathrooms with supplies
Kitchen and break room cleaning
Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
Handle photocopying, scanning, and other office errands.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Basic knowledge of office equipment like photocopiers and scanners.
