Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the office premises are clean and tidy.

  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ordering them as needed.

  • Maintain the functionality of office equipment.

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.

  • Restroom cleaning

  • Keeping inventory of cleaning supplies

  • Restock bathrooms with supplies

  • Kitchen and break room cleaning

  • Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies

  • Handle photocopying, scanning, and other office errands.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Basic knowledge of office equipment like photocopiers and scanners.
