Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute end to end onboarding programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and culture

  • Handle high volume and bulk onboarding efficiently, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience across all hires

  • Coordinate onboarding across blue collar, white collar and senior management levels, adapting the approach based on role requirements

  • Coordinate all pre-employment activities including background checks, reference checks and documentation

  • Conduct orientation sessions to help new hires understand the company, its values and expectations

  • Act as the main point of contact for new hires during mobilization, supporting with visa processing, relocation and related logistics

  • Coordinate with external vendors such as relocation partners and immigration consultants to ensure a smooth transition

  • Work closely with internal teams like IT, facilities and security to ensure readiness for new joiners on day one

  • Maintain regular communication with new hires, keeping them informed and addressing queries throughout onboarding and mobilization

  • Create a welcoming experience by connecting new employees with key stakeholders and support networks

  • Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all onboarding and mobilization activities are compliant with company policies and regulations

  • Prepare and share onboarding materials such as welcome kits, handbooks and training resources

  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws, visa processes and relocation practices

  • Identify opportunities to improve, streamline and automate onboarding and mobilization processes

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders to enhance overall employee experience

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

  • Around 2+ years of experience in HR with strong exposure to onboarding and mobilization

  • Proven experience in handling high volume and bulk onboarding

  • Experience managing onboarding across blue collar, white collar and senior management populations

  • High proficiency in SAP is essential, along with strong working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office

  • Comfortable handling extensive documentation and working with manual processes where required

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage documentation with accuracy

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Working knowledge of employment laws, visa processes and relocation practices is preferred
