Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with all government, private, and semi-government entities to register the company within financial, procurement, and service systems.

2. Engage with relevant entities to market the company.

3. Monitor daily project progress, work plans, timelines, and financial procedures.

4. Manage stakeholders and coordinate with all parties to ensure smooth project execution while reporting any challenges.

5. Organize appointments and meetings, manage correspondence and communications, draft reports and letters, take meeting minutes, and prepare agendas.

6. Manage documents and files, update databases and work records regularly, and maintain their quality.

7. Provide logistical support for business travel, including arranging bookings, visas, and itineraries.

8. Oversee office procurement.

9. Professionally interact with all stakeholders.

10. Conduct research tasks related to project preparation.

11. Document proposals and research materials, preparing them as per given guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

A female BACHELOR DEGREE graduate with experience and have knowledgeable social media platforms and postiings; HR; management consulting; willing to work office homebased location (not a work from home); Salary 4,000aed per month.
