Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Group is hiring an Operations Associate to support daily store functions in Dubai. This role plays a critical part in cash office administration, stock management, back-office operations, and store upkeep. The Operations Associate will ensure smooth processes across cash handling, reporting, and inventory control, contributing to operational excellence and improved customer experience.

Core Duties

* Record and reconcile daily cash collections, manage petty cash, and process invoices in compliance with company policies
* Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and ensure adherence to financial standards
* Generate reports and track store performance using SAP, BI, and Tableau systems
* Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across teams to support decision-making
* Assist with stock management, including sales floor replenishment and product display accuracy
* Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain correct stock levels and minimize discrepancies
* Support receiving, organizing, and monitoring of shipments and store resources
* Help maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and resource procurement
* Use stock loss and process reports to identify and correct variances in stock handling
* Provide administrative support for back-office operations, ensuring smooth store performance

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in retail operations, administration, or a related function
* Working knowledge of SAP, BI, and Tableau reporting tools preferred
* Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
* Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
* Ability to follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies
