Roles & Responsibilities

Randall Administrative Services is a Dubai-based business services company supporting international clients across the UK, UAE, and other English-speaking markets.


We provide structured back-office support, recruitment screening services, and outbound client engagement for growing businesses. We are hiring our first Operations & Business Support Executive — a key role within the company.


This is not a routine admin job. You will be acting as a professional representative for international clients and supporting real commercial activity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls on behalf of international clients

  • Screen potential candidates for recruitment campaigns

  • Communicate with third-party businesses to support client growth

  • Provide structured administrative support across multiple projects

  • Maintain accurate records and CRM updates

  • Manage client communications with professionalism and clarity

  • Assist in building internal systems and processes


Working Hours:

Our clients are UK-based. Working hours will align with UK business hours: Approx. 13:00pm – 22:00, then 12:00 to 21:00 when its UK summer time. All hours are Dubai time (Monday to Friday). This schedule is essential due to client time zones. Important November and December will need to work Saturdays in addition

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral and professional tone)

  • Confident on the phone with strong communication skills

  • Organised, structured, and detail-focused

  • Comfortable handling outbound calls

  • Commercial awareness and professionalism

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

  • Previous experience in administration, recruitment, telesales, or client services preferred
