Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end immigration program case filing and documentation for work permits, PR pathways, and overseas migration programs.
Review client documents, forms, and supporting papers for completeness and accuracy.
Prepare and submit applications as per country-specific immigration requirements.
Coordinate with clients for pending documents, corrections, and case updates.
Maintain proper digital and physical records of all active files.
Update CRM system with case progress, remarks, and status reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2+ years of experience in immigration consultancy, visa processing, or overseas migration field.
Strong knowledge of Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, Germany, Ireland, and Schengen programs.
Excellent documentation, verification, and file management skills.
Experience in handling multiple immigration files simultaneously.
Good communication skills in English.
Malayalam language is mandatory.
Knowledge of CRM, MS Office, email handling, and reporting systems.
Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Professional attitude, discipline, and team coordination skills.
