Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workload analysis using observation, stakeholder meetings, and data review to assess efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Perform market benchmarking and research to support staffing levels, role design, and organizational efficiency.
  • Develop and update organizational structures to enhance workflow, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development of KPIs and departmental objectives aligned with institutional strategy.
  • Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Design and review job roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs.
  • Support departments in defining functional deliverables and performance measures.
  • Prepare analytical reports and recommendations to enhance the workflow.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of OD experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel (advanced).
  • Power BI or data visualization tools.
  • Visio and organizational charting tools.
  • Span of control and layering analysis.
  • Workload analysis methodologies (observation, time analysis, task mapping).
