Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients and distributors within targeted sectors such as gyms, schools, parks, sports facilities, and playground projects.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitor activities, and regional demand trends.
- Actively upsell and cross-sell sports equipment and kids’ play area equipment to existing and new clients.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate quotations, timely deliveries, and smooth order execution.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present updates to management.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence and distribution reach.
- Ensure high service standards by responding promptly to customer inquiries, issues, and after-sales requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within manufacturing, trading, construction materials, sports infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Strong exposure to selling into gyms, schools, parks, sports facilities, or project-based environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across internal departments.
- Target-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- UAE market experience is mandatory; UAE driving license is an advantage.
About the Client
Our client is a well-established manufacturing and trading company operating in the sports infrastructure and recreational equipment space. The company supplies gym flooring, running tracks, basketball courts, park and school play areas, along with related sports and kids’ play equipment, serving both institutional and commercial clients across the UAE. (Hiring managed by Wisterra Consultancy)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Manufacturing & Trading (Sports Infrastructure & Equipment)
Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 6 days/week (Alternate Saturdays off)
Commission: Lucrative Incentive Structure
