This is a high-accountability growth role for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, and genuinely excited about building relationships, supporting strategic partnerships, and contributing to long-term business growth.

This is not a traditional administrative or marketing support role. We are looking for someone who can help strengthen market presence, support external engagement, coordinate strategic initiatives, and contribute to meaningful organizational growth within a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

The role will involve:

• Supporting partnerships, outreach initiatives, and external stakeholder coordination
• Managing follow-ups, relationship tracking, CRM updates, and pipeline visibility
• Assisting with presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and strategic communications
• Supporting conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and institutional meetings
• Coordinating LinkedIn updates, brand materials, and external communication efforts
• Conducting market research and identifying partnership opportunities
• Working closely with leadership on growth initiatives, external affairs, and strategic projects
• Maintaining organized reporting, structured communication, and disciplined follow-through

Work Environment
This role may require in-person meetings, external partner visits, event attendance, occasional evening or weekend coordination, and travel within the UAE for conferences, institutional meetings, site visits, or strategic relationship-building activities.
