Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To prepare the materials and the equipment necessary for making the required pastries.
  • To produce pastries within the specifications and the quantities needed.
  • To prepare the product for distribution.
  • To apply the principles and bases of general safety while working.
  • To execute any other duties assigned for him within his specialization.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • A certificate from one of the specialized hotel institutes after secondary school.
  • 3 years of experience in the field of hospital nutrition.
  • Competence in HACCP.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of the principles of making different kinds of bread and pastries.
  • The ability to work within diverse situations and conditions.
  • The ability to make good relations with the others.
