Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To prepare the materials and the equipment necessary for making the required pastries.
- To produce pastries within the specifications and the quantities needed.
- To prepare the product for distribution.
- To apply the principles and bases of general safety while working.
- To execute any other duties assigned for him within his specialization.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- A certificate from one of the specialized hotel institutes after secondary school.
- 3 years of experience in the field of hospital nutrition.
- Competence in HACCP.
Skills and Competencies:
- Good knowledge of the principles of making different kinds of bread and pastries.
- The ability to work within diverse situations and conditions.
- The ability to make good relations with the others.
