Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to support end-to-end payroll processing. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, WPS, and payroll compliance, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Assist in processing monthly payroll for employees in compliance with UAE Labor Law
Prepare and submit WPS files accurately and on time
Maintain payroll records including salaries, allowances, overtime, and deductions
Calculate leave balances, leave encashments, gratuity, and final settlements
Coordinate with HR on employee changes, new hires, resignations, and terminations
Handle payroll-related employee queries confidentially and professionally
Generate payroll reports for management and audits
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in the UAE is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or related field
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, WPS, and gratuity calculations
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/HRMS systems
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
