  • 3 to 5 years proven experience in the same field
  • Efficient in Business Writing in English, Proficient and Professional in Verbal Communication and Written.

Summary: Highly organized, discreet Executive Secretary/PA for high-net-worth family. Manage complex calendars, international travel, diverse personal/household tasks. Requires exceptional multitasking, detail orientation, confidentiality. Trusted partner role.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings/events (multi-timezone), prepare documents, handle correspondence, screen inquiries, organize filing.
  • Personal Assistance: Coordinate international/domestic travel, handle errands/appointments/reservations, assist with shopping/gifts/events, manage personal/household communications, support special projects.
  • Household Management: Coordinate staff/vendors, oversee schedules/maintenance, assist with household events, manage related expenses.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain highest discretion, handle sensitive info professionally, reflect family values.
  • Global Coordination: Liaise with global contacts, manage multi-timezone schedules, assist with international events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Executive Secretary/PA experience (high-net-worth preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational/time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal).
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong multitasking/prioritization abilities.
  • Independent and proactive work style.
  • High discretion/confidentiality.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities.
  • International travel coordination experience.
  • Bachelors preferred.

Desired: Family office experience, household management familiarity, multilingual skills, private travel booking experience.
