Assist the gallery manager with daily tasks and communication • Work with Canva for visual content and presentations • Maintain and update social media accounts (Instagram, etc.) — posting, captions, stories • Handle Excel tables, item descriptions, and internal documentation • Write short texts and descriptions in English for gallery items and social media • Organize schedules, meetings, and exhibition preparation • Maintain professional presentation and order in the gallery Requirements: • Fluent English (spoken and written) — strong writing skills are essential • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Excel • High attention to detail and responsibility • Experience with social media and content creation • • Positive, creative, and well-organized personality
