Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management for the executive.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, managing sensitive documents, communications, and personal details.
  • Oversee office management, including vendor negotiations, supply procurement, and maintaining a professional and organized workspace.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma/ Degree in Administration or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation of knowledge.

  • Holds relevant certifications in Computer Office Programs or similar, showcasing professional commitment.

  • Brings a minimum of 5 years of experience in a personal assistant or office management role, displaying proven expertise.

  • Good communication skills & management of everything in the business
