Description:
Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to support both business and personal tasks for the office of the CEO. This full-time role suits a confident, discreet professional who thrives under pressure and has prior experience working in the UAE ideally within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and complex travel itineraries.
Coordinate with property consultants, internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
Prepare and proofread business presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
Monitor and triage emails and phone calls, prioritizing items that require the CEO s attention.
Track and follow up on ongoing projects and action items to ensure timely completion.
Organize company events, client meetings, and other office-related activities as required.
Handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Provide personal assistance tasks for the CEO when needed, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:
2 4 years of relevant PA or executive support experience in the UAE.
Prior exposure to the real estate industry is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Professional appearance and confident interpersonal manner.
Able to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
